We are committed to the safety and privacy of all our clients and visitors, and reserve the right to amend or update this policy in order to ensure your fullest ongoing protection. Over the course of your interaction with our website and / or official representatives, we may collect, use and store various types of personal data as specified in section 2, in order to fulfil our objectives of making a successful claim for compensation on your behalf, and of continually improving our service to future and existing clients.



2.1 Your name, address, telephone / mobile number, email address and any other personal information required to register, validate or evaluate your individual circumstances that may result in a successful claim, including specific policy details of your loan(s).
2.2 If you ask us to evaluate a joint policy that you hold then we may also require all the details in section 1.1 pertaining to the other policy holders.
2.3 If you ask us to evaluate (vet) your personal circumstances, we may sometimes seek to obtain the information described in sections 2.1 and 2.2, particularly policy details, from third parties including but not limited to the provider(s) of your loan(s).
2.4 We collect and analyse information about your computer and about your visits to and use of this website, including but not limited to your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and number of page views. This information is gathered ‘anonymously’, which means it cannot be personally identified with you as an individual.
2.5 We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of this website. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use by means of cookies, which are stored on users' computers. 3.1 To evaluate whether you have a case for a compensation claim, and then assist you in making that claim.
3.2 To administer the website and our service to you, including but not limited to the sending of updates on the progress of your case and / or invoices.
3.3 To improve your browsing experience by personalising the website.
3.4 To improve our service to you and future clients by responding to your preferences. This may include keeping your details on file for a reasonable period after the settlement of your case, in the eventuality you return as a repeat customer and we can therefore offer you a tailored service.
3.5 To provide third parties with statistical information about our users (see sections 2.4 and 2.5).
3.6 To send you marketing communications related to our business or that of our official partners and carefully selected third parties that we believe may be of interest to you. We will always ask your permission to do this first, and you always have the right to subsequently opt out at any time.

4.1 We may disclose information about you to any of our employees, official agents or sub-contractors, in order to provide you with the best service possible.
4.2 We may also disclose information about you to the extent that we are required to do so by law or by an official legal or regulatory body, or in connection with any legal proceedings.


5.1 The security of your personal data is of the highest importance to us and we take all reasonable technical and organisational precautions to ensure it remains intact, including the use of secure servers, and a commitment from all our employees, agents and subcontractors to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
5.2 However the internet is an inherently insecure environment and it is impossible to fully guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.


6.1 You may request a copy of the information we keep about you at any time, subject to an admin fee of £10.
6.1 Upon receipt of the fee we will respond to your request within one calendar month.
6.3 You may also request that we change or destroy any information we hold about you, although if we have reason to believe that a requested change is inaccurate or unsubstantiated, we reserve the right to destroy it instead.
